Terms and Conditions Pinki Rewards Club

1. "Pinki Rewards Club" aims to reward individuals who are customers of this Company, for their overall transactional relationship with its products / services, as they are specified each time, with various criteria, defined at the sole discretion of this Company (indicatively: conducting transactions, participation in competitions, etc.)

1.1 This reward program only applies to registered Customers who have an Account at parapharmacie.com.cy.

1.2 In case the customer has not created an Account, they must register in order to become a Member. When the account is created they can make their purchases through their Account and collect Pinkies (1 € = 1 Pinki). By registering and Creating an Account at Parapharmacie , the customer, becomes Member of the Club and automatically wins 10 Pinkies.

1.3 Registration to the Program means that the Member has become aware of the Terms, agrees and unreservedly accepts that the Terms regulate exclusively their rights and any obligations of theirs during their participation in the Program.

2. The Members of this Program collect Pinkies with their purchases and 1€ equals with 1 Pinki. The import of Pinkies to the Member's Account, will take place with the Completion of the order and after the successful delivery to the Customer. When the Customer redeems the points corresponding to a gift, then the points corresponding to the specific gift are deducted from their account.

2.1 In the event that the Member legally exercises the right of withdrawal or cancels, revokes or does not complete the transaction, for which he was rewarded by the Program, the Company will have the right to unilaterally proceed, at its sole discretion, to delete the Pinkies that correspond to the above transaction, without further notice to the Member.

2.2 Regarding transactions, a Pinki is granted for every integer euro and in case of decimals the rounding is downwards. Please note that if the transaction is less than 1 (one) euro, the Member does not collect pinkies.

2.3 Pinkies may not be transferred or assigned to any third party, Member or not of the Program, may not be used, granted, sold, exchanged for money, inherited or transferred to third parties, unless the Company decides to do so by modifying the rewards or independently.

2.4 The Pinkies collected by the Member, can be redeemed, in full or partially, only by ordering, to obtain the rewards mentioned on "Pinkies Redeeming Tier".

2.5 In case Pinkies have been inadvertently calculated for the benefit or to the detriment of the Member, the Company will unilaterally correct the Account. The Company reserves the right to propose to the Member alternatives from any incorrect calculation of Pinkies, in order to return the Pinkies Account to its original, pre-error state. The Member declares that they will cooperate with the Company in order to restore incorrect Pinki entries either for their benefit or to their detriment.

3. The Company reserves the right to choose additional /other Pinki redemption ways in the future, whereupon it will inform its Members.

 3.1 The Company may announce special Rewards regarding Pinkies redemption and / or collection or other offers and privileges as part of promotions either to all Members, or to a selected clientele and either with selected reward methods or individual transactions based on its commercial policy.

3.2 The Member is informed about the Terms and the modifications of the Program through the official website of the Company https://www.parapharmacie.com.cy/en/.

3.3 The Member can be informed for the transactions of Pinkies Account (available balance, collection, redemption) through their Account and "Pinki Rewards Club" tab.

4. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of the Program at any time and the modifications will be notified to the Members through https://www.parapharmacie.com.cy/en/. Any modification of the Terms of the Program does not require the prior information and consent of the Member. Members should visit at regular intervals the official website of the Company to be informed of any changes, as well as the latest valid version of the Program. The acquisition of rewards, activities and / or redemption of Pinkies after any modification, constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

4.1 The Company may, at its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently suspend the program without prior notice to the Members. Also, the Company is entitled to suspend the use of the Program by a Member, for reasons concerning: the existence of suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent use, etc. Note that in these cases, the collected Pinkies of the Member are permanently deleted.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to delete from accounts Pinkies that have not been redeemed in the last 36 months.

5. Each Member accepts that the personal data that have been or will be legally received by the Company in the context and for the purpose of serving the Member's participation in the Program, will be processed by the Company according to the content specifically referred to in the "Privacy Notice" tab of which content forms an integral part of these terms.
