• Your package will be delivered to a BoxNow box in Cyprus within 24 hours after collection from our store and to a box in Greece* within 72 hours after Box Now has collected it from our store.
• Your package will be waiting for you at the BoxNow locker for 48 hours. You can extend it for another 24 hours easily and quickly via the website boxnow.cy or boxnow.gr
• You can track the progress of your order via the website boxnow.cy or boxnow.gr
• In case there is no free box in the locker of your choice, it will be placed in the nearest available locker. You will be notified by SMS.

*For shipments to Greece, the maximum weight of each order can be 7 kg and the maximum dimensions 35x45x62cm.

Product Returns With Box Now

You can ship your product through Box Now.

In case you received your order via Box Now and wish to return it, please follow the instructions you received during delivery communication to return it.

In case you received your order by some other method, you may find a Box Now locker near you and complete the return to us easily and quickly.

You may return any product via Box Now at a cost of €2.40 for Cyprus and €9 for Greece. This cost will be deducted from the value of the product.

If the product is returned due to our company's fault, then you do not bear the cost of the return, but you must first contact us at info@parapharmacie.com.cy and proceed with the return of the product after the return request is accepted by us.
