If you wish to return a product for any reason, you can do so, within 14 days of the date of receipt, as long as it is in the original condition in which you received it, ie the packaging or the product must not be tampered or used.
 

Step 1 Log your return by completing the online return form.	Step 2 Our courier will contact you and collect the return from you, at your earliest convenience.	Step 3 Your return is shipped back to us for validation.	Step 4 We confirm that your return will be processed and we will either replace the item or refund your money. Whichever you prefer.

14 days return policy

In the event that the return is not made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, parapharmacie.com.cy has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by you. The money is returned via your bank account with a bank deposit, while if the payment is made by credit card, revolut or paypal the amount is refunded there. 

If the product is returned due to our company's fault, then you do not bear the cost of the return, but you must first contact us at info@parapharmacie.com.cy and proceed with the return of the product after the return request is accepted by us.
