Description

Juggling studies, sports and a busy social life all takes its toll. Wellteen Him includes vitamins B6, B12 and vitamin C which contribute to normal energy release and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
A range of nutrients including zinc, selenium, iron, folic acid, vitamins B6 & B12 and vitamin D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Recent research has shown that optimum dietary levels of vitamin D may be higher than previously thought, Wellteen Him provides an effective level of vitamin D with 800IU (20µg) of the preferred D3 form. Vitamin C also contributes to normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise which is a key consideration for those involved in sport.

Directions: 

One tablet per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. There is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
