- Combines Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 with Magnesium, ingredients that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue while at the same time charging the body with energy as these nutrients contribute to the normal operation of metabolic processes aimed at energy production.
- Contains the concentrated extract of Rhodiola, a plant known as the "golden" root, which for many years has been used to improve stamina and mood. The Night Capsule (white capsule with blue line)
- Unique combination of Valerian extract, Tryptophan and Melatonin. Valerian is a plant known since ancient times for its relaxing effect, which contributes positively to sleep. The product also contains the valuable Melatonin, an ingredient produced by the human body at night, so as to prepare the body for sleep.
- Specifically, Melatonin promotes restful sleep, as taking 1mg of melatonin before going to bed helps to reduce the time it takes the body to fall asleep. Melatonin also contributes to the relief of the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effects are ensured with a minimum intake of at least 0.5mg of melatonin before going to bed, on the 1st day of the trip & a few days after arriving at the destination.
How to use
- Adults: Take 1 white capsule with an orange line after breakfast with a glass of water and 1 white capsule with a blue line with a glass of water at bedtime.
