Μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν σαν τις κλασσικές πάνες, πανιά να τυλίξετε το μωρό σας να νιώθει προστατευμένο και ασφαλές, μπορούν να γίνουν σαλιάρες, πανάκια ρεψίματος,  υπόστρωμα για την αλλαγή της πάνας, πανάκι να απλώσετε στον καναπέ και επάνω να βάλετε το μωρό, προστασία του μωρού στο καρότσι και πολλές άλλες χρήσεις που θα ανακαλύψετε σα νέα μητέρα. Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι χωρίς μουσελίνες δεν γίνεται!
