As well as Omega-9 fatty acids, Ultra Red Krill provides Omega-3, a rich source of the essential fatty acids DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid).

EPA and DHA are classed as essential fatty acids because they cannot be made efficiently by the body and must be obtained through the diet.

Directions:  ONE OR TWO CAPSULES PER DAY with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Ultra Red Krill Oil should only be taken on a full stomach.
