• Makeup Base  

The proper foundation is the... very foundation of makeup.  Hence, after spreading carefully the primer, make sure to select a  foundation that highlights the tones of your skin.  Since this is a festive makeup, choose a darker tone than the one you usually use, especially if we are talking about a night makeup. Also, make sure that the foundation does not have a matte finish. Next, put lightly some powder on your lips and then try the fieriest red shade you have!  If you have trouble with the outlining, better spread it with a small brush, after dividing your lips into segments. This way the lipstick will last longer, both on your lips and on your guests’ memories.
